About

I’m Chas, a partner sales strategist with a deep love for the nonprofit technology space and a passion for building programs that actually work.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across the nonprofit, agency, and tech sectors, building partner sales and GTM programs that have driven meaningful revenue and growth. Most recently, I scaled the technology partner ecosystem at Fundraise Up from 15 to 125 partners, generating over $5 million in pipeline in under two years.

So why the cycling reference? Because partnership work is a lot like riding: it takes momentum, endurance, and a clear sense of direction. Some days you’re climbing; other days you’re coasting, but no matter where you are in the journey, having the right guide (and the right gear) makes all the difference.

I started Nonprofit Tech Partnerships because I’ve seen how challenging it can be for early-stage teams to build partner programs that stick. In our sector, partnerships often get launched with good intentions but lack the structure, resources, leadership, or long-term strategy needed to deliver real results. It’s certainly not for lack of effort, it’s just a tough road to navigate alone.

My goal is to help tech companies who serve the nonprofit sector bridge that gap by providing hands-on, strategic support that turns potential into progress and partnerships into a true growth engine.
